Judge Warren McSweeney grew up in Greer, South Carolina and is the son of Colin and Jackie McSweeney. He graduated from Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina in 1998 and began law school at Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina in the fall of 1998. Following graduation from law school in 2001 he successfully passed the North Carolina Bar Exam and began work as an Assistant District Attorney covering Moore, Randolph, and Montgomery Countries. He served the people as a prosecutor for over seventeen years and sought justice for the State of NC in homicide, sexual assaults, armed robbery, kidnapping, Weapons Offenses, and Drug Trafficking.
